Peanut Butter Egg Cookie Bites
Cookies take new shape in this bite size form! Use cookie mix and a mini muffin pan to create Palmer's Peanut Butter Egg Cookie bites.
- 1 Pouch Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
- Vegetable Oil
- Water as instructed by Cookie Mix
- 1 Container Chocolate Frosting
- 2 Bags Palmer® Peanut Butter Half Eggs, unwrapped
NOTE: Adult supervision required.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease mini muffin pan.
Combine ingredients as instructed by cookie mix in a large bowl. Beat at a low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat at a medium speed for 2 minutes until cookie dough is smooth.
Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full with cookie dough and smooth out evenly.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in a pan for 10 minutes and remove to cooling racks to cool completely.
Frost each cupcake with chocolate frosting and insert Palmer® Peanut Butter Half Egg into center.
