Bird’s Nest Cookies
Our no-bake Bird's Nest Cookies are super easy to make and quite tasty too! You'll never guess our savory secret ingredient and how we sweetened it!
- 1 Bag Chow Mein Noodles
- 1 Bag Butterscotch Chips
- 1 Bag Double Crisp® Easter Eggs, unwrapped
NOTE: Adult supervision required.
Pour butterscotch chips into large bowl and place in the microwave. Heat chips at 45 second intervals, stirring each time, until chips melt into a smooth and creamy consistency.
Add chow mein noodles to the melted butterscotch mixture and stir with rubber spatula. Shape noodles into 2 inch balls and flatten to form birds nest like cookies. Add Palmer® Double Crisp® Eggs to center of cookies.
Place in refrigerator to cool for a half hour. Remove and enjoy!
