Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

If peanut butter cups had a best friend, it would be a peanut butter cookie. Enjoy these mini peanut butter sensations as a snack or with a tall glass of milk.

  • 1 Pouch Peanut Butter Cookie Mix (Ingredient quantity may vary)
    • Eggs
    • Vegetable Oil
    • Water
  • 24 Palmer® Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped


Preheat oven at 350°F. Lightly grease muffin pan.


Combine ingredients as instructed by cookie mix in a large bowl. Beat at a low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat at a medium speed for 2 minutes until cookie dough is smooth.


Fill mini muffin cups about 2⁄3 full with cookie dough.


Bake for 8–10 minutes or until dough starts to rise but is still soft in the middle.

Insert peanut butter cup into center and return to oven to bake for another 3–5 minutes.

Cool in a pan for 10 minutes and remove to cooling racks to cool completely.

Enjoy as a snack or topped off with ice cream!
