Dark Chocolate Peppermint Patty Brownies
Dark chocolate meets Palmer's most classic mint candy in this irresistible recipe inspired by minty gooey goodness.
- 1 Box Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix (Ingredient quantity may vary)
- Vegetable Oil
- 16–20 Palmer® Peppermint Patties, unwrapped
Preheat oven at 350°F. Lightly grease 8″ x 8″ or 9″ x 13″ sized pan
Combine ingredients as instructed by brownie mix in a large bowl. Beat at a low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat at a medium speed for 2 minutes until batter is smooth.
Fill pan with half of prepared brownie batter, smooth out evenly. Unwrap Peppermint Patties and place into batter in rows. Add remainder of batter covering the tops of the Peppermint Patties, smooth evenly.
Bake for 30–45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in a pan for 10 minutes and remove to cooling racks to cool completely.
Cut into two inch squares and enjoy!
