Directions

Step 1

Place one cone in each plastic bag. Wrap the excess sides of the bag around the cone to make bag a snug fit and tape in place. Fill the cone with a small amount of the Easter basket grass (edible or non-edible). Top with the R.M. Palmer® Easter Eggs. Twist the plastic bag at the top to tighten shut around the top of the cone and tie shut with the ribbon making a bow.

Step 2

To make the base: Glue some of the non-edible Easter grass on the round side of the styrofoam half sphere covering the styrofoam completely. Add your flowers. Insert a pencil into the styrofoam in various spots where you would like the cones to be. Move the pencil in a circular motion to make the hole larger at the top than the bottom. Remove the pencil and place a cone in each hole.

Step 1 - wrap and fill cones. Step 2 - make the base to hold the cones
