Creepy Peepers Pumpkin Pudding Trifle
Layers of Pumpkin, Vanilla and Brownie will make this simple recipe an elegant dessert delight at your next Halloween party!
- 1 (5.1) ounce Box Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 2 (15) ounce Cans Pumpkin Pie Filling
- 1 Box Brownie Mix (Ingredient quantity may vary)
- Vegetable Oil
- 1 Container Whipped Topping
- 2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 20-30 Palmer® Creepy Peeper Mix, unwrapped
Preheat oven at 350°F. Lightly grease 9-inch round pan.
Combine pumpkin pie filling and pumpkin pie spice in large mixing bowl. Stir and set aside.
Make vanilla instant pudding as instructed by pudding box in large bowl and set aside.
Combine ingredients as instructed by brownie mix in a large bowl. Beat at a low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat at a medium speed for 2 minutes until batter is smooth. Bake as directed in round 9–inch pan.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes and remove to cooling racks to cool completely.
Pour half of the prepared pumpkin pie filling in glass serving bowl to create the first layer of the trifle and smooth evenly. Add half of the vanilla pudding on top for second layer and smooth evenly.
Place round 9–inch brownie cake in the middle of the bowl. You may need to cut off the edges depending on the size of your glass serving bowl. Repeat pumpkin and vanilla pudding layers.
Top off with Palmer® Creepy Peepers Mix around the top outer edge of the bowl and fill the middle with whipped topping. Creepy Peepers should be unwrapped.
Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
