By submitting a name or entry in the “Name Our Next Hollow Bunny” submission (the “Submission”), you agree to the following:
• Not a Contest: You agree and acknowledge that the Submission is not a sweepstakes, promotion, game of skill, lottery, game of chance, or any other form of contest.
• Submission contents: the submission shall contain [name and email address]
• Age Requirement: You agree that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are younger than 18, please have your parent or legal guardian submit your name or entry on your behalf.
• No Compensation or Recognition: You understand and agree that you will not receive any payment, prize, credit, or other compensation or recognition of any kind for your Submission, regardless of whether it is selected, used, or modified.
• Ownership & Rights: By submitting your entry, you irrevocably grant R.M. Palmer, LLC., all rights, title and interest in and to the entry. To the extent that all rights are not assigned to R.M. Palmer, you hereby grant to the same, a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and display your Submission in any media now known or later developed, for any purpose, in any medium, throughout the universe, including commercial use, without notice, compensation or approval.
• No Obligation to Use: R.M. Palmer, LLC., is under no obligation to use or select any Submission and may choose a name from any source, including sources other than from this submission process.
• Originality: You represent that your Submission is your own original idea and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. You represent that your Submission does not contain any content that can reasonably be considered to be offensive, obscene, defamatory, infringes third-party rights, or is otherwise objectionable in Palmer's sole discretion.
• No Confidentiality: You agree and acknowledge that your Submission does not create any confidential, fiduciary, or agency relationship between the participant and Palmer, and that Palmer may already be developing or considering similar or identical names independently.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless R.M. Palmer, LLC. from any and all claims, disputes, damages, fees (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your Submission.
• Data Collection and Privacy: you agree that Palmer may collect and process your Submission and store and process any personally identifiable information contained therein, for the purposes of evaluating submissions, contacting you regarding your submission (
• Waiver of Claims: You agree to waive any and all claims against R.M. Palmer, LLC., related to the use or non-use of your Submission, including but not limited to claims for compensation, credit, or intellectual property rights.
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
