Directions
- Arrange un-frosted cupcakes into two tight circles on a platter or cake board. Use the template provided for arrangement, 7 cupcakes for the head and 14 cupcakes for the body.
- Add frosting to each cupcake using a pipping bag and smooth frosting out to cover the entire snowman. Set aside.
- To make the scarf and carrot nose, melt the Almond Bark per the instructions on the package.
- Separate into two bowls, one for the scarf and a smaller bowl for the nose. You will only need a small amount of frosting for the nose.
- Add a few drops of red food coloring to the larger bowl and orange food coloring to the smaller bowl until you get to your desired shade.
- Cover a baking sheet with wax paper.
- Using a piping bag, pipe an orange carrot-shaped nose onto a baking sheet.
- On the same sheet, pipe a red scarf shape. You can use a fork to drag through the shape to create a knitted look.
- Let cool until hard.
- While the nose and scarf are cooling, add foiled Double Crisp® Coal to your snowman to create your eyes, mouth, and buttons.
- Once the nose and scarf are hard, peel off the wax paper and place on the snowman in desired location.
Tip: You can also make two round cakes instead of cupcakes! Make one smaller than the other for the head and body!
