Mini Pumpkin Bundt Cakes
Moist, pumpkin spice flavored cake in the shape of mini bundt cake pumpkins are perfect for Halloween when topped with Palmer® Trick or Treat candy pieces!
- 1 Box Pumpkin Bread or Muffin Mix (Additional ingredients called for by desired Pumpkin Mix)
- 1 Tube Green Icing with Tip
- 1 Bag Palmer® Trick or Treat Mix, assorted pieces unwrapped
- 1 Tube Chocolate Icing with Tip
Preheat oven at 350°F. Lightly grease mini bundt cake pan.
In a large bowl, combine ingredients as instructed by pumpkin mix. Beat at a low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat at a medium speed for 2 minutes until batter is smooth.
Fill bundt cake molds with batter, about ⅔ of the way full.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes and remove to cooling racks to cool completely.
Frost each bundt cake with green frosting in the shape of a leaf. Squeeze a dime size amount of chocolate icing on to the center of Bundt Cake. Top with assorted Palmer® Trick or Treat Mix pieces (Fudge Filled Skulls, Double Crisp® Witches or Decorated Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cups). Enjoy!
