Caramel Apple Dip
This nutritious, creamy caramel apple dip topped with Palmer® Caramel Apple Cups is a delightful fall treat that kids and adults will love.
- 8 oz. (1 package) of cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 container caramel dip
- 12 Palmer® Caramel Apple Cups, unwrapped
- 6 Granny Smith apples (or apples of your choice)
Using an electric mixer, mix the cream cheese and brown sugar until well blended.
Put cream cheese in small bowl, place caramel dip on top as a second layer.
Crush the Palmer® Caramel Apple Cups and sprinkle on top of the dip. Cut the apples into wedges for scooping. Store the dip in the fridge until you are ready to serve. Take it out at least 20 minutes before serving to let the cream cheese soften.
