Bunny Ears Cupcakes

These bunny cupcakes are simply EAR-resistible! Completed with a marshmallow bunny tail, they're pretty easy to make too!

  • 1 Box White Cake Mix
  • Eggs
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Water as instructed by Cake Mix
  • 1 Container Vanilla Frosting
  • 1 Bag Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 Palmer® EAR-resistible Gift Bag, unwrapped
  • 1 Box Toothpicks

NOTE: Adult supervision required.


Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease mini muffin cup pan or line with mini baking cup liners.


In a large bowl, combine ingredients as instructed by white cake mix box. Beat at a low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat at a medium speed for 2 minutes until batter is smooth.


Fill mini muffin cups 2/3 of the way full and smooth evenly.


Bake for 18-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in a pan for 10 minutes and remove to cooling racks to cool completely.


Frost each cupcake with vanilla frosting and top off centers with unwrapped Palmer® EAR-resistible Bunny Ears.

Insert toothpick into cupcake liner and attach a marshmallow to the opposite end to make a bunny tail.
