The S’mores Bunny Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by the R. M. Palmer Company (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

This Sweepstakes promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any of the companies or brands that are included as prizes. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry during the Sweepstakes Period. Entry is made online by visiting the dedicated promotional page on the R. M. Palmer website at www.rmpalmer.com/smoresbunny. As an alternate method of entry, during the Entry Period, you may send a postcard with your name, address, phone number, birth date, and email address to First Generation, Attn: S’mores Bunny Sweepstakes, 410 Allentown Drive, Allentown, PA 18109. Postcards must be postmarked no later than Monday, April 18, 2022.

Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Void outside the United States. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals (parent, child, sibling and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) are not eligible to participate. This includes persons who are living in the same household as those listed here, regardless of whether they are related or not. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules, and to all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 08:00 am EST on Friday, February 18, 2022, and ends at 11:59 pm EST on Friday, April 22, 2022. (“Entry Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Entry Period, Log on to the R. M. Palmer website’s S’mores Bunny Sweepstakes entry page, found at www.rmpalmer.com/smoresbunny. No purchase necessary to enter. Purchases will not increase chances of winning.

You will be required to enter personal information including your name and email address, and accept the Sweepstakes’ Offical Rules in order to submit your entry.

During Entry Period, you may also enter the Sweepstakes by sending a postcard with name, address, phone number, birth date and email address to: First Generation, Attn: S’mores Bunny Sweepstakes, 410 Allentown Drive, Allentown, PA 18109. Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than Monday, April 18, 2022. A mail-in entry must meet all Sweepstakes Official Rules and guidelines, which will be prominently posted on the R.M. Palmer Easter website on the designated Sweepstakes Page (www.rmpalmer.com/smoresbunny). Sponsor is not responsible for delayed, lost or undeliverable mail, and is not responsible for incorrect information provided in entry, or any transmission errors, malfunctions or any other difficulties that may negatively impact an entry attempt.

LIMITATIONS ON ENTRIES

Judgment on entries will be the sole right of the Sponsor. Your entry must meet all Sweepstakes rules and guidelines, which will be prominently posted on the R.M. Palmer website, on a designated Sweepstakes Page (www.rmpalmer.com/smoresbunny). All entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

DRAWING

All eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be gathered into a database. At the end of the Entry Period, all eligible entries meeting the Sweepstakes requirements will be entered into a random computer generated drawing. The winners will be randomly selected on or about April 25, 2022.

WINNER SELECTION and NOTIFICATION

Following the random computer generated selection of prize winning entries, announcement and instructions for claiming the prize will be sent to each prize winning entrant via the email address they provided with their entry submission (and/or regular mail for any winners who submitted entry via mail-in method); for verification, and confirmation of eligibility as per these Official Rules. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her/their email account (and/or regular mail) for prize notification and receipt of any other communications related to this Sweepstakes. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator or Sponsor within ten (10) days following notification, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize.

Upon the request of the Administrator or Sponsor, the potential prize winners may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release, and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form. If a potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received. If there are any unawarded prizes following the completion of the promotion, the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may opt to award said prizes via a random, second chance drawing from among all the non-winning, qualified entries that were received during the Promotion Entry Period.

Following the confirmation of all prize winners, the promotion results will be announced on R.M. Palmer’s official website and Facebook/Instagram pages.

For a list of winners, send a #10 self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by May 15, 2022 to R. M. Palmer S’mores Bunny Sweepstakes Request For Winners List, c/o First Generation, 410 Allentown Drive, Allentown, PA 18109.

PRIZE FULFILLMENT

Prizes will be shipped to the residential or business address in the United States that was provided as part of the winner’s entry.

Prizes have no cash value and may not be transferred to a third party, nor traded for a different prize. Prizes will be fulfilled once notification and verification are confirmed. Please allow at least 6-8 weeks from end of Sweepstakes for prize delivery.

All federal, state, local and other taxes on prizes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified in these Official Rules as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of the following items: One (1) Coleman® 10-Person Cabin Tent; Four (4) Folding Camp Chairs; One (1) 22-inch Wood Burning Fire Pit; One (1) JBL® Flip5 Wireless Bluetooth Speaker; and One (1) Set of Six (6) Extendable Marshmallow Roasting Sticks. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $800.00.	Five (5) Second Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of the following: One (1) 22-inch Wood Burning Fire Pit; One (1) JBL® Flip5 Wireless Bluetooth Speaker; and One (1) Set of Six (6) Extendable Marshmallow Roasting Sticks. Approximate retail value of each Second Prize package: $215.00.	One Hundred (100) Third Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of One (1) Set of Six (6) Extendable Marshmallow Roasting Sticks. Approximate retail value of each Third Prize package: $25.00.

PRIZE LIMITATIONS

Limit of one (1) Prize per person or per household. In the event that an entrant has submitted more than one entry, whether using different Email and/or address information, and is selected as a potential winner of more than one Prize, that entrant will only be awarded one Prize, with any additional Prizes becoming part of a second chance drawing among remaining non-winning entries.

CASH VALUE OF PRIZES

Prizes have no cash value and may not be transferred to a third party, nor traded for a different prize. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

ODDS

The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sweepstakes.

WARNING

Any attempt by any person, whether or not an entrant, to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper with or vandalize any Sponsor- or Administrator-owned website or related social networking site, the entry process, or otherwise interfere with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and Sponsor and Administrator reserves the right to seek damages and diligently pursue all remedies against any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS

Employees of R. M. Palmer Company or First Generation (Administrator) and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Prizes are non-transferrable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Sweepstakes, without notice, and for any reason, including without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned, or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred; Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor, administrator, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

GENERAL TERMS, INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITED LIABILITY

By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor and Administrator will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes. You agree to indemnify, release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and Administrator, their Affiliates, Subsidiaries, Employees, Officers, Directors, Agents and Assigns from and against any or all claims, losses, injuries, or damages resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor, Administrator, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from access to or the downloading of information or materials connected with the sweepstakes.

Publicity

By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her/their name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
